Crostini are entreé made with slices of bread or toast bread to which we can apply a variety of different toppings: smoked salmon, avocado, green and black olives, tomato, ham, cheese...
Crostini are usually served cold, but you can also prepare some that are served hot, if they have grated cheese.

Slices of bread can be toasted in an oven, toaster, grill or pan.
According to the chosen option, we will chop and mix the ingredients in the toast bread.
As a final touch of presentation, we will apply a splash of GOYA Único Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
