Preheat oven to 370° F

Pudding: In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, flour, and salt and beat until the mixture has no lumps.

In a cupcake mold, place approximately 1 cm of oil in each hole. Place the mold with the olive oil to the oven for 12 minutes.

Remove the mold with hot oil from the oven and pour the previous mixture into each space with oil until it is full. The mixture will begin to cook in the hot oil.

Return the mold to the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the puddings are golden and crispy. Please do not open the oven to check them, or these will lose consistency!

Remove from the oven and serve with smoked salmon decorated with dill and scrambled eggs. Garnish with capers on top. Enjoy a delicious hot breakfast!
