First, wash the tomatoes well, dry them and cut them into thin slices.
Next, cut the cheese in slices and remove the basil leaves from the stems. You will need about 20 leaves to assemble the salad.
Place the tomato slices in a bowl, interspersed with the cheese and basil.
You can keep the undressed salad in the fridge until it is time to serve it. Before bringing it to the table, dress it with the Goya Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Goya Sherry Vinegar "al Pedro Ximénez", salt and pepper, and that's your Caprese salad – ready to serve and enjoy.
