Who wouldn't like shrimp tacos for dinner? This is a very tasty dish that the whole family will love. Take note of the ingredients and let's get started!

fresh farmers cheese (curd cheese)
lime and 1 lemon, sliced to garnish
For the sauce:
Unico Extra Virgin Olive Oil
medium sized onions, chopped
green peppers, chopped
cloves of garlic
the juice o two limes and one lemon
salt and pepper
First prepare the salsa. Heat the Unico Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft. Add the chopped green peppers and the chili and cook for 5 minutes.
Next, add the crushed garlic, cumin, coriander, peeled and chopped tomatoes and sugar, stirring and cooking for 2 minutes.
Now add the juice of the limes and the lemon, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bring the mixture to the boil and then reduce the temperature, cooking for 10 more minutes over a low heat.
Now add the shrimp and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Leave it to cook until the shrimp turn pink. Set to one side.
Heat the tortillas for several minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F. Remove from the oven and fill the tacos.
As a final touch, garnish the tacos with chopped onion, avocado and diced fresh farmers or curd cheese.
