Mushroom cream is the perfect base for a meat dish, or as a starter.
It can be prepared with vegetable stock, soy milk and a lactose free sour cream substitute. Today we share this lactose free vegan cream of mushroom, which is easy to cook and very tasty.

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Chop the onion and the garlic.
Fry the onion in the olive oil. When the onion is transparent, add the garlic, frying for five minutes, then adding the sliced mushrooms.
Lower the heat and add the vegetable stock. Cover the whole surface and leave to boil on a low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the flour and soy milk. Stir and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Season and blend to obtain the creamy texture.
It can be served with cubes of toasted bread and chopped chives.
