Preheat the oven to 392ºF.

Brush the pastry with beaten egg and oil and cut it into 6 triangles.

Cut the cheese and ham into 6 triangles slightly smaller than the pastry.

Roll the pastry into the form of a croissant, folding the points inwards. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake for 10 minutes until golden.

Once cool, cut them in half, and fill them with a slice of cheese and ham.
