If you like homemade croissants, this is the recipe for you. Although you can fill them with whatever you like, or eat them without a filling, we suggest delicious savory croissants filled with ham and cheese, ideal as a breakfast, lunch or light dinner.

sheet of pastry
slices of ham
slices of mild cheese
Light Flavor Olive Oil
arugula leaves and cherry tomatoes as a garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 392ºF.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg and oil and cut it into 6 triangles.
Cut the cheese and ham into 6 triangles slightly smaller than the pastry.
Roll the pastry into the form of a croissant, folding the points inwards. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
Once cool, cut them in half, and fill them with a slice of cheese and ham.
