Healthy pasta salad recipe!

Pasta salads are an alternative both for lunches and light dinners and to take to work and eat in a healthy and balanced way. On a base of pasta we can combine an infinity of ingredients and to season, we will opt for sauces or traditional dressing in which the Goya balsamic vinegar will add an extra flavor.

Ingredients (4 pax.)

  • 0,4 lb. short pasta.
  • 1 lettuce.
  • 0,3 lb. of fresh cheese cut into cubes.
  • 0,4 lb. of braised chicken breast.
  • 1 apple.
  • 1 lb. Cherry tomatoes.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Balsamic vinegar.
  • Salt and black pepper.


  1. First, we’ll cook the pasta. We´ll boil the pasta in a pan covered with water and remove when done and firm. Let drain and place in a salad bowl.
  2. We´ll cut the lettuce, wash and drain. We´ll add the lettuce to the pasta.
  3. We will cut the braised chicken. We´ll put the chicken in a pan over the heat and we´ll fry until it is golden brown. When it is almost done add a pinch of black pepper, stir and sauté together. We set aside and add to the pasta.
  4. We´ll cut the apple, tomatoes and cheese and we´ll add them to the salad.
  5. Finally, we´ll season our pasta salad with salt, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
