onion powder

Steam the sweet potato for 15 or 20 minutes or until it is tender.

When the sweet potato is ready, put it in a large bowl and mash it using a fork. Add the beans and mash again.

Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to stir until obtaining a uniform mass.

Preheat the oven to 392ºF.

Make burgers with your hands and brown them on both sides in a pan with a little organic extra virgin olive oil.

Place the burgers on a baking tray and bake for 10 or 15 minutes.

Serve the burgers with rye bread, rocket, onion and guacamole.
