We are sharing this very healthy vegan lentil meatball recipe, perfect for serving with salad, tomato sauce or pasta.

cloves of garlic (one chopped)
sprig of parsley, chopped
oregano, salt and pepper
For the salad (optional):
First, fry the garlic and onion in hot oil. When the onion is transparent, add the lentils and mix well.
Chop the parsley and add it to the vegan lentil meatball mixture.
Add the oat flour, salt, oregano and pepper little by little, and keep mixing all the ingredients together.
Shape the lentil meatballs. Cook them in a pan with a little oil, browning them on all sides.
Once done, serve with leafy salad, avocado, zucchini, flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds; or with pasta and tomato sauce – however you prefer!
