Boil the water with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. When it comes to the boil, add the pasta and cook following the package instructions.

Once the pasta is al dente, drain it and set aside a cup of the pasta water.

After draining the pasta, return it to the pot on a low heat, adding two tablespoons of oil and stirring.

Next, add the grated parmesan cheese and continue stirring to combine. Add a little of the pasta water set aside and turn off the heat.

Finally, add two tablespoons of Único extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and finally, grate the truffles on top of the pasta.
