Did you know that carbonara is one of the most popular sauces after bolognese? It’s very easy to make, as you only need a few ingredients, and combined with linguini and chicken, it will be the perfect lunch for the whole family. Take note of the ingredients and let’s cook!

Fry the strips of chicken breast in a pan with one tablespoon of oil. Once golden, remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, fry the onions until transparent. Next, add the cream and chicken stock and mix with a whisk. Cook on a medium heat for a few minutes, without boiling.

Beat the egg and add it gradually to the cream. Mix all the ingredients well.

Finally, add the chicken breast, parmesan cheese, a little parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce over the pasta, mixing all the ingredients well.

As a final touch, decorate with parsley and plenty of grated parmesan cheese.
