Peel the prawns. Sauté them for 1-2 minutes on both sides or until they are cooked. Remove and set aside.
Chop the avocado and tomatoes and put them in a salad bowl.
Prepare the vinaigrette with the olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Mix the salad with the dressing. Last, add the prawns.
Decorate with chopped cilantro.
