Wraps are traditional wheat or corn pancakes. We show you how to cook healthy wraps, ideal for dinner with your friends.

We will mix in a bowl all the ingredients of the seasoning: rolled garlic, curry powder, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
We will mix the chicken dressing.
We will chop the onion and sweet red peppers. We´ll fry for two minutes and reserve.
We will fry the chicken until golden.
We will place the pancakes on the griddle to warm up a little, only half a minute.
We will place the pancakes on a plate or source, adding some lettuce leaves inside, then the chicken strips, diced tomato, onion and pepper sauce.
We will season with salt and pepper and a little of the dressing.
It only remains to roll the wrap on itself and ready to take!
