Healthy Wraps Recipe!

Wraps are traditional wheat or corn pancakes. We show you how to cook healthy wraps, ideal for dinner with your friends.


Vinagre balsamico Goya












Ingredients (4 pax.)

  • 4 wheat or corn pancakes.
  • 17,6 oz. of chicken breast cort.
  • 8,8 oz. of lettuce.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • 1 purple onion.
  • 2 small red sweet peppers.

For the dressing:


  1. We will mix in a bowl all the ingredients of the seasoning: rolled garlic, curry powder, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. We will mix the chicken dressing.
  3. We will chop the onion and sweet red peppers. We´ll fry for two minutes and reserve.
  4. We will fry the chicken until golden.
  5. We will place the pancakes on the griddle to warm up a little, only half a minute.
  6. We will place the pancakes on a plate or source, adding some lettuce leaves inside, then the chicken strips, diced tomato, onion and pepper sauce.
  7. We will season with salt and pepper and a little of the dressing.
  8. It only remains to roll the wrap on itself and ready to take!
