Wash the tomatoes and lamb’s lettuce with plenty of water.
Then, slice the tomatoes and put them in a bowl with the lamb’s lettuce.
Slice the onion into rings, the boiled egg and add them to the bowl.
Next, add the tuna, the anchovies and the peas.
Season with a vinaigrette of “Organics” extra virgin olive oil, Sherry vinegar "al Pedro Ximenez" and salt.
You can decorate this dish with kalamata plain olives.
