of black beans
red onion, chopped
of sweet corn
of feta cheese cut into dice
finely chopped chile
cloves garlic, chopped
of chopped cilantro (we will reserve 1 small teaspoon for final decoration)

First, we will prepare the quinoa. We will cook in a pot over medium heat, adding quinoa and double water (about 500 ml) with salt.
When the water breaks to boil, reduce the heat by cooking 15 minutes with the pot covered. Once the water has been absorbed, we will remove from the fire. We reserve it.
In a large bowl, mix quinoa, beans, onion, avocado, sweet corn and feta cheese. We will reserve cold while we prepare the dressing.
In a bowl, we will mix the seasoning ingredients that we will add to the salad.
As a final touch, we will add a small spoonful of cilantro.
