In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar with the soy sauce, tablespoon of oil, ginger powder and salt.

Slice the tuna steaks into fillets and place them in the bowl, marinating them for 15-30 minutes.

Toast the sesame seeds for 3 minutes. Once toasted, put half the seeds in a bowl with the tuna and the marinade for 15 minutes. After this time, put the remaining seeds on a plate and coat the tuna slices with them so that they have seeds stuck to them on all sides.

Cook the tuna in a pan on a high heat for 10 seconds on each side.

Remove and leave to cool. Serve on a dish accompanied by fresh salad.
