Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and cook the onion and garlic until the onion is soft. Set aside.

Next, in a bowl, mix the ground meat with the onion and garlic. Add the egg and parsley and season.

Shape the meatballs and lightly fry them to seal them. Leave to cool for 30 minutes.

Next, in an oven dish, place the meatballs next to the potatoes cut into slices, and pour the tomato sauce on top.

Finally, sprinkle with sweet paprika, ground black pepper, freshly chopped parsley, thyme and a little salt.
