If you are a chocoholic, this is certainly the ideal dessert for Christmas. It is very easy to make and you can flavor it to taste with vanilla essence, liqueurs or fruit.

Light Flavor Olive Oil
Chop the chocolate and put it into a bain-marie with a tablespoon of light olive oil. We can also melt it in the microwave for one minute, stirring it very well afterwards.
Cool it a little, without letting it solidify. Mix the chocolate with the almonds and pour onto a tray covered with baking parchment.
Leave to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours, covered.
Add almonds and pomegranate seeds for decoration.
