Preheat the oven to 350ºF for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites. Once stiff peaks form, add the yolks, yogurt, sugar and oil.
In a separate bowl, sieve the flour and add it to the mixture with the dry yeast.
Next, add the cocoa, mixing very well, preventing clumps from forming. Add this mixture to the bowl with beaten egg whites, yolks, yogurt, sugar, and oil. Mix on high until well incorporated.
Grease a baking tin with Goya Light Flavor Olive Oil. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake on a high shelf at 350ºF for 40 minutes or until a toothpick or a small knife is inserted into the middle of the cake and comes out clean.
Melt the dark chocolate bar and decorate the cake before serving.
