Blend the cookies to make them into dust.

Add the oil and sweet wine, mixing well until creating a uniform dough.

Fill a round mold with the dough and press with a spoon until achieving a uniform layer. Refrigerate.

Put the egg yolks, condensed milk, mandarin juice, lemon juice and mandarin zest in a bowl. Mix until obtaining a cream.

Separately, beat the egg whites. Add the cream, stirring gently.

Take the mold with the cookie base out of the refrigerator and fill it.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and cook for 30 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Cut the mandarins into slices and decorate the tart, sprinkling with sugar. Brown on top, and the mandarin tart is ready.
