Preheat the oven to 338ºF.

Beat the egg whites. Next add the yolks and the oil.

Sieve the flour with the baking soda, salt and cinnamon along with the sugar, and add the ingredients to the mixture.

Add the vanilla, pineapple, walnuts and bananas.

Pour into molds to create the three layers of the cake and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in it comes out clean. After this time, leave to cool in the mold for 10 minutes and remove, leaving to cool.

For the filling and covering, sieve the sugar and beat it with the butter and milk at high speed to mix them well. Next, add the cheese and beat together to give consistency. Assemble the cake, placing the layer of cake and cream. Decorate with sweet toppings.
