Peel the pears, cut them into slices and submerge them in water with lemon so that they do not oxidize.

Place a sheet of pastry in a round 24cm mold.

In a bowl, beat together the oil, cream, eggs and sugar.

Finally, add the cornflour and flour. Once all ingredients are combined, add the mixture to the pastry. Drain the pears well and place them on the surface.

Dust with a little sugar and bake the tart in the preheated oven at 311ºF for 30 minutes and for 15 minutes at 320ºF.

After this time, leave it to cool and remove from the mold. Decorate with mint leaves and sliced almonds.
