 Preheat the oven to 356ºF.

Grease a large baking sheet for the scones to be placed on.

Now, it's time to prepare the dough. To do that, put the flour in a bowl and make an indentation in the middle for the ingredients to be added. In the indentation, add the sugar, the dairy cream, the yeast, and the vanilla essence. Start to mix the ingredients.

Gradually add the salt, the milk, and a tablespoon of oil. Stretch out the dough little by little, without pressing, gently. When the dough is ready, use a round dough cutter to divide the portions for each scone.

Place the scones on the oven tray and bake at 392ºF for approximately 10 minutes.

Once baked, take the scones out of the oven. Let them cool and then cut the scones down the middle and fill them with fruit jam and whipped cream cheese.
