Melt the pieces of chocolate in a double boiler.
In a large bowl, pour in the whipping cream and little by little add in the melted chocolate, stirring constantly.
Add the egg yolks, sugar and olive oil, stirring until fully combined.
Then put the mixture into the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
After it has cooled, use a teaspoon to form balls.
