Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, beat the Goya Light Flavor Olive Oil together with the sugar. Then add the egg and continue beating at a low speed.

Add salt, grated orange zest and baking soda and mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Add the cocoa powder together with the flour, and lastly add the chocolate chips.

Using a spoon, place the dough on a baking tray, previously lined with baking paper.

Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes, or until the cookies have browned, with crisp edges and a softer center.

Remove from the oven and leave on the tray for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
