Today we bring this sweet and creamy recipe to Goya’s Kitchen. The preparation of the tiramisu is very easy, and it will be ready in 20 minutes, although at least two hours are needed for it to set to create that delicious texture. We can prepare the tiramisu in individual glasses or in a larger dish. Your guests are sure to love it.

Make the coffee and leave it to cool.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar for 5 minutes until they are very foamy. When they are ready add half of the mascarpone, beating until everything is mixed together. At this point, add the rest of the mascarpone and the olive oil with folding movements from below to above.
Whisk the egg whites and add them little by little to the mascarpone cream. Pour the coffee into a deep dish and soak the sponge fingers on both sides. Place in another dish until the bottom is covered, next adding a layer of cream. Repeat the process with the sponge fingers and cream.
Dust the Surface with the cocoa powder, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for at least a few hours before serving.
