Chicken Piccata Recipe!

Ingredients (4 pax.)

  • 4 organic chicken breasts.
  • 1/8 cup of flour.
  • 1/2 chopped onion.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1/2 cup of white wine.
  • 1/8 cup of lemon juice.
  • 1 cup chicken broth.
  • 1/8 cup of capers.
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley.


  1. Dredge the chicken in the flour and cook in the pan until brown on all sides. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce. Sauté the onion and garlic. Next, add the wine, lemon juice, pepper and salt, as well as the chicken broth, capers and parsley and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. After that, add the breasts or fillets and cook them another 10 minutes at low heat so they can absorb all the flavors.
