It’s time for red fruits and berries. That’s why today we’re going to make this blueberry tart, sweet, filled with fruit and idea for a snack with some friends.

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Line a round baking tin to prevent sticking, and flour.

In a medium sized bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, nutmeg and salt.

Beat Goya Light Flavor Olive Oil, sugar and vanilla together and add the eggs one by one, mixing until everything is combined.

Next, add the flour mixture. When everything is ready, put the dough into the mold.

In a separate bowl, mix the blueberries with a teaspoon of flour and the lemon juice. Spread this mixture along with the slivered almonds on top of the dough.

Bake the blueberry tart for one hour, checking it by pricking it to see if it is done.

Leave the tart to rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the mold.

Decorate with brown sugar and mint leaves.
