Preheat the oven to 350ºF for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites. Once stiff, add the yolks, yogurt, sugar and oil.
Sieve the flour and add it to the mixture with the yeast.
Next, add the cocoa, mixing very well, preventing clumps from forming.
Grease a baking tin with butter. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake on a high shelf at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and decorate before serving.
