6 tips to overcome the return to the routine!

Over the past several weeks, we have enjoyed rest days and vacation days. But now that september is here, we have to get back into a routine, back to the daily rush.

That is why we want to share with you 6 keys to overcome the return to routine so you can handle the last quarter of the year.


1. Get enough rest

When you’re on vacation, it is normal for the sleep schedules of children and adults to change. To start the day, it is essential to have a good sleep routine: go to bed at the same time every day, sleep an average of 8 hours and don’t use your cell phone in bed since it activates your brain, preventing you from falling asleep.

2. Eat a healthy and balanced diet

It is also essential to watch our diet. Remember that the Mediterranean diet provides sufficient nutrients and vitamins for our body, making it the perfect ally to help prevent us from getting sick during autumn.

3. Play sports and walk

Exercising releases endorphins, which generate feelings of pleasure, happiness and can even have a natural analgesic effect. Just 30 minutes of brisk walking 5 or 6 days a week, can be the key to a good starting point.

4. Resume your hobbies

Spending part of your time doing what you like will help you see the bright side of your routine.

5. Organize your tasks as much as possible

Organize all your pending tasks, giving priority to the most urgent ones.

6. And most importantly…a positive attitude!

Share pleasant moments and traditions like watching a TV series, going to the movies, having a picnic with your friends and family…
