We will preheat the oven to 392ºF. We will cut the bread into cubes to bake for about 10 minutes until the cubes are golden and crispy. We will reserve.
Then we will cook the chicken on the grill with "Organics" olive oil and a pinch of salt.
We will mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and grated cheese stirring well. To give a lighter consistency we can add 1,7 oz. milk.
We will cut the lettuce and put it in a bowl; we will add the chicken cut into strips and the toasted bread cubes.
We will season the salad with olive oil, vinegar, salt and add the sauce.
We will decorate with cooked eggs.
