Our favorite Gluten-free Spaguetti & Meatballs Recipe!

Today we are going to cook this very famous and popular recipe in the Italian-American culture. First, we will prepare the meatballs with the tomato sauce to which we´ll add the cooked pasta to get this dish with which both adults and children will be delighted.

Our recipe is healthy and perfect for everyone since it doesn´t have gluten! Enjoy it!

Ingredients (4 pax.)

  • 0,7 lb. gluten free spaguetti.
  • 0,4 lb. parmesan cheese.
  • 0,3 lb. ground almonds.
  • 0,2 grated onion.
  • 1 oz. fl. milk.
  • 2 teaspon mix of basil, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ecological eggs.
  • 1,10 lb. Organic Beef Mince
  • Extra virgin olive oil. 
  • Tomato sauce.

Elaboration.

  1. In a bowl, we will mix the cheese, the almonds, the milk, two beaten eggs and the minced meat.
  2. In a pan, we´ll poach onion and chopped garlic cloves.
  3. When they are golden, we will reserve it. Then we will add it to the mixture along with the aromatic herbs. Add pepper and work the dough to prepare approximately 24 meatballs.
  4. Once we have prepared the meatballs, we will fry them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Then, we will add the meatballs with 1 liter of tomato sauce in a saucepan.
  5. We will cook over medium heat until the meatballs are done. In another casserole, we will cook the gluten-free pasta according to the cooking times indicated on the package.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, we will present our spaghetti with meatballs decorated with basil leaves and that’s it!
